Cancellation Policy

Booking Regulations

We would require 50% advance.

All extras not covered by the plan are to be settled by the guests directly.

A "Group" will consist of minimum 15 persons.

In case of cancellation, the reimbursement will be as follows:

For Individual Travellers

Before 20 days - Full refund

Less than 20 days and more than 15 days - 50% refund

Less than 15 days - NIL

For Groups

Before 30 days - Full refund

Less than 30 days and more than 20 days - 50% refund

Less than 15 days - NIL

* Refund shall be processed in 3 - 4 working days

* Cancellation policy can be revised at any point by Oasis India Camps without the need for intimation
